The Choice is yours.
Learning too drive an Automatic is certainly a lot easier than a Manual
car. There are no absolute reasons why Manual gearbox's have the advantage over the Automatic gearbox. If you have
no preferrence to which you would like to drive, then learning to drive with an Automatic would certainly save you time and
money.
Gone are
the days when choosing a car with an Automatic gearbox were limited to a few Manufacturers, nearly all now give a choice of
gearbox to their models. The cost is generally not much more than manual.
Making
the choice between a manual or automatic is a matter of choice. Manuals require more focus, more foot/ hand actions,
and the ability to listen to your car as well as watch engine speed to know when to change gear. Automatics change gear for
you at the correct time, this in turn allows more concentration on you driving safely, and would be better if you’re
driving in area's that you are unsure of, or in traffic with a great deal of stops and starts.
